Monument Accessories
Adding flower vases is an excellent way to 'dress up' an upright monument. There are several common styles that offer both value and beauty!
The typical granite tapered vases can actually be engraved with initials or artwork.
Turned vases cannot be engraved, but look beautiful beside a monument. Vases can be used to match the granite on the monument, or offer a nice contrast. All vases have a weep hole to allow for drainage. Aluminum vase liners can be used to keep the inside of the vase clean, and are easily removed when needed. Prices of vases are in addition to the monument prices.
In-ground vases can be installed in the concrete or granite foundation and can be lifted up when needed, and then flipped and set back down when not being used. These vases can be set in the foundation on the side, front, or back of the monument.
Photos
Adding a photo can personalize and bring warmth to any monument. Photos can be re-created on quality porcelain for color photos (or black and white), or on metal for black and white. We can also copy original artwork, poems, and pictures, as well as photos. Both porcelain and metal insets are guaranteed against fading, chipping, and even vandalism. We will recess the granite area on the monument so that when the picture is installed it will fit in flush with the granite. Prices are in addition to the monument prices.
